Default o2 extender

I have a 2008 Civic LX, has anyone heard about adding an o2 extender to their civic to make it run a bit more lean to increase mpg? any luck? I'm also interested in getting a hydrogen generator kit for my civic which is claimed about 50% fuel improvement.

Yeah...an extender does just what the name suggests, extends the 02 sensor.
