someone broke in my car when i was on vacation now i need a passenger seat

yeah my neighbor caught them in the act the ignition is also broken i dont want to file a claim my insurance is already high. I guess they couldnt start it so they decided to strip right there, now i need a type r seat the dealer still sells it waaay expensive.
