Default Help..Turn Signals lights wont work and full voltage on motor.

Hello,

I have a huge problem, my sex life has slowed down cause of this.

Okay, on a serious note I have a 96 honda Civic hatchback. First of all my turnsignal lights and emergency lights are not working. I also get full voltage on the motor when I put the tester on the battery and the motor. I replaced the relay thinkng that was the problem but it still proceeded. I check the underdash harness i couldnt find anything.

Also, the main relay makes a constant buzzing noise when i crank open the ignition.

What can I look for, has someone gone thru this and can pinpoint the problem?
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks
