same way you hook it up just leave out the vtec not connected and when you program just bypass the vtec section..
but this is not just for you to play with take it to a reputable shop that knows what they are doing in order to dyno the car
dont just install and play around w/it or your car will be running like chit

The question that you should ask is what do you hope to gain. A VAFC only modifies the MAP signal to trick the ECU to run richer or leaner at WOT.
