ok heres the deal, turbo b18c with 5speed transmission.
i have a vtec light installed.

took my car to the track thats why i found out i couldnt launch the car higher than 5500 rpm...

when i floor the gas pedal in neutral it wont rev past 5500 rpm, and the vtec light would kick on... the car sounds like its got launch control set at 5500 rpm... which i dont have launch control, because ive checked my chip and it dont have it...

but when the car is in gear and moving i can take it all the way to 9000 just fine...

anyone who has any idea what this could be please help!...

 

is ur chipped ecu auto or manual?

i bought it from Xenocron, so im assuming its manual... but how would i be able to tell?

i 4got how u can tell but on the ecu it has p28-something...the # can tell u if its auto or manual...searh on honda-tech it should tell u.....ive seen it b4
