i have a b16 in my 97 ex.....but i have a problem when ever i turn the ignition key over it tries to turn on by it's self without me pressing the clutch or turn the key.....it does it until the fuse blows out....then when i take out the fuse it doesn't do it but theres always power going to it....the fuil pump stays on and i can put down my windows even tough i don't have the key in it....and it does this until i put a good fuse back in it....if any one has any ideas please help me out.

 

sounds like theres a short in there somewhere...

yeah but it was running great for a couple months until my radio burnt and it fried my wiring to the cluster and fuse bor...but i got a new and a new fuse box.

 

Check the grounds around the harness you replaced.

 

do you think another harness burnt to cause my ecu fried to?
