Default Help. 1993 Civic VX RPM needle is not matching.

I just purchased this car from the original owner. Had a $400 tune-up from the dealer 4K ago. After driving it for 1K miles, the car felt weird today. My shifter light usually comes on around 2K or so, now it's around 1000-1600. And when I press the clutch in, the rpm will just drop to 0. Accelerating is also weird as, if my car is having something holding it back. I had this problem in my Automatic CRX but never found the answer.

This car is a 5 speed by the way. Also, when going up hill on the interstate while in 5, the car felt pulled back when trying to accelerate at 65mph. It usually was very smooth but not it takes a while to accelerate. It also idles at 0 now.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
