fuse block problem?

fuse block problem?
when i tap on my fuse block under the hood, the car dies.. the car will randomly die on my when driving.. let it sit for a couple minutes and it will be fine.. the cd player also cuts off when the fuel pump does.. i changed all grounds with new ones.
im going to try to find a fuse block for sale local and see if that helps
