Timing belt help!

I'm going to NJ to set the timing on a d15b. We're switching out the heads. I have he parts list.

I need some help as in, what's the torque specs, and what tools i need.

You're changing a head gasket, yet you don't know what tools are needed??

head torque is same as D16Z6.
