Default What vacum's go where?

I got to this swap late to help my friend.. we put it back together and with this hooked up the car feels like its missing..Feels like limp mode x5

How should this be hooked up? Thanks ahead of time.

a hose from the canister goes to the lower tube and the higher tube goes to a port on the manifold

Yup, the lower goes to the charchal canister, and the other goes to the intake manifold. On my old LS, it went were it says Skunk2.(The hole was on the S*)
