As far as the H2B swap is concerned, any of the modern B series transmission will work

Some of the mis-understanding I've noticed, is the small spark in the prelude/accord world with the H2B/H2D swaps. The H2B kit was more so designed for the B series guys to have a wider range of engine choices, not the H series guys to have a wider range of transmission choices.

I'm sure an H2B would be possible in a prelude, but whether or not it would be worth it is another thing. Axles, mounts, shift linkage, etc.
