Gas mileage: Average 30 MPG city and 40 MPG highway

ALL ORIGINAL / STOCK, Never Modified, includes all original paperwork/manuals.
Passed NJ inspection and has a current sticker through September 2009!
Engine and Transmission run strong and shift properly with no delay.
Previous owner was senior citizen who treated the vehicle like gold.
Clear title, Actual miles
AIR CONDITIONING works great! VERY COLD A/C!!!
BRAND NEW TIRES in rear and fronts are less than 1 year old (like new).
Recent tune-up and timing belt.
All scheduled Maintenance has been performed.
Oil changed religiously every 3,000 miles.
All glass is clean and free of cracks.
Interior is in excellent condition.
Exterior is clean but does have a couple dents and small amount of rust as typical with these vehicles (NO FRAME RUST/ROT).
Vehicle gets 40+ miles per gallon highway and 30+ miles per gallon city!

KNOWN IMPERFECTIONS:

1.) Visually the vehicle is in good condition. Has typical Honda rust on quarter panels. Has been treated with a rust inhibitor paint. NO FRAME ROT. Couple dents on passenger rear quarter/tail area.
2.) Minor Valve cover gasket leak
3.) Stereo not currently powering on (fuse?)
4.) Exhaust is a bit louder than it should be, could be a leaky gasket or may need repair, not sure, doesn't bother me.
