i was wondering if anyone knew the torque measurements for a b16, i am putting on knew ceramic headers and need the torque measurement for the manifold on the heads.

also, i bought strut braces for all four tie points, does anyone know what i need to torque the struts to?

 

Exhaust manifold is 23 foot pounds.

 

Front and rear struts are 36 foot pounds.
