i wont to put ac back in my car (90 crx) but when i bought the car all it has is the evap an controles can i get the brackets hoses an condenser an compressor out of any Honda that has a d16 i searched but it was no help

yes. sounds like you just need the parts you are missing. any 88-91 civic/crx a/c setup should work from my understanding.
newer civics or other models are probably going to have some differences with lines, fittings, etc
