Default suspension problem

I put new springs on my civic and about a month later I noticed the front end was slowly getting lower. Now when I turn, my car bottoms out on my tire. I checked out my struts and the bushing on the strut is falling apart. can anyone tell me if this could be the problem? Thanx

The springs are off brand but have a stiffer rate than stock and the struts are factory. I was told that bushing was a bump stop, so if its not there when I hit a pothole or turn, it will bottom out. I,m about to get kyb agx,s but want to make sure that is the problem first. The front of my car is tough to push down, but not to hard and not bouncy at all. Just chews up my tires when I turn.
