b16a(type r cams) chattering valves
i keep trying to fine tune the valve adjustment but i cant seen to get rid of the valve clatter (too noisey for me). i have a b16a 1st gen with usdm type r cams, no other mods.

it was a automatic jdm motor that sounds good and looks good from what i have seen so far. i have not driven it yet just let it run for about 5 minutes or so.

your motor is fine. I did the exact same swap. just do a valve adjustment. get instructions at http://www.c-speedracing.com.

Check your oil pressure you might not be getting enough oil up top!!!!
My friends type R oil pump went out on him and his valve chatter got pretty loud!!!
