I have a 1995 Honda Accord EX I have 2 new switches and a thermostat, after getting them I realized my fan wasn't turning on when my car shut off to cool down my enigine. I live in AZ and the heat is crazy I drive alittle on the highway and when I turn my car off the fan still doest turn on to cool my engine. So I brought it to the shop today and they said the fan doesn't turn on unless it gets 219degrees. They also said my cooler and switches are good. Does it matter if my fan doesn't turn on?

They told you the truth, the fans only come on after engine shut down if there is EXCESSIVE heat.
