We found some shots of this Civic Type R rally car at the Monte Carlo Rallye while sorting images for the new WRC DVD. This JAS Motorsports entry was driven by Luca Betti at this year's event and serves as another sad reminder of how we Americans never get the cool cars that the rest of the world seems to get.

The euro type R is far from the "cool cars" were not getting, now the fd2 is a cool car. Euro R is a heavy, poor chassis having hatchback.

Great. Now instead of just hideous understeer now you get hideous understeer into a tree.

 

How hard would it be to import one over? I know they have a Lhd ctr in euro, there're only 20k new.

 

I heard, you need to have someone who does import cars.
and also you need someone who does the register the lhd cars.

it is very difficult to get one.

 

I know about all that, I was wondering about the dot approved things. They seem to have air bags as well.

 

the front end looks ok....but am not digging the rest of the car it remind of my Ford Focus.............looks very much like that car...........

 

dang i shoulda been a rally driver!!! i used to back in the days hahahhaa check out my ek sedan in action like 4 years ago. and yes it was lowered. 2.5 inches to be exact
