** EBC Green Stuff vs. Hawk HPS pads **
I'm ordering these today but I would like to get some opinions on them. I will still be using the stock rotors.
They are both around the same price.
Stopping power, longetivity, brake dust?

i personally think the EBC suck.
i have Hawk HP Plus.
if you're just using for DD, i'd say go for the Hawk HPS.

that's because they are a performance pad and not a cheap parts warehouse pad

Looks like most people prefer the Hawks.
Also I can get a full set (F & R) of Axxis Ultimates for around $90.
My fronts still have some life left on them, so idk if I should go with just the rears or the fronts too.

I run Hawk HPS brakes too!
They ARE dusty - rusty looking dust, not green slime like the EBCs...
Just make SURE to burn them in correctly - burn 'em til they're stinking like a BBQ and the paint is peeling off!
These are REAL performance brakes, not imitations, like someone said above...
Only noise I've ever heard is some chattering when I back out of the driveway on COLD mornings - goes away immediately - so no fear!

just get the cheapest pads you can for the rear. you dont need good pads in the rear as most of the braking is done with the fronts. ive had everything from axxis organic, duralst oraganic, and akebono ceramic on my HPDE civic in the rears. im using carbotech xp-10 in the front but i dont suggest anyone daily drive on the pads. i prefer hawk hp+ over the hps although the difference between these two pads arent very much.
