Default I need help setting the timing on my H23 Prelude motor!!!! HELP!!!

I need some help with the timing on my H23 motor, I took my car to the shop to get the timing adjusted and I told them to set it to the red line but at the end of that day I got the car back went to a performance shop and they told me that the timing should've been set to the red line, 15 degrees more than the other shop set it. I just want to know if it's supposed to be set at the white line or the red. PLEASE!! if anyone knows the answer to this it would be awesome if you could help me out, they made me sign a piece of paper today saying that if they set it to the red line that the valves could bend and the engine will be blown and it's pretty much not their problem if it does so I wanna know the right answer to this. Thanks
