Removing paint from kick panel/runner.. HELP!

Removing paint from sideskirt.. HELP!
Just looking for the best way to remove paint/primer/clear from the kick panel of a Civic.. It's plastic and I don't want to ruin the finish, although it will be repainted.. Thanks so much u guys!
