hey guys i have a question.. when im driving at half throttle it sounds like its a constant wisshhhhhhhh noise.. is that normal or is that a leak? i know when i floor it i hear the throaty deep sound but is the wishhhing noise at half throttle a leak? or is it normal? i just asked the same question twice haha..

 

like for example when im cruising in any gear around 2-3k it just sounds like its hissing like the sound of turbo when it spools.. its annoying.. is that normal though? for it to constantly sound like that while just driving normal

yes it is. its just the sound of the intake sucking in the air.

x2 - its normal

 

ya it can be normal.. from past cars.. some intakes would make the noise some wouldnt.. im taking a wild guess here but im gonna say its by whatever the ones material is made of.. especially a foam based one will make that noise

 

Its normal, at first I was like wtf.... but then I learned to love the sound


Its a big tube sucking in air so ur gonna hear it more than the stock box.
