1st one is an Alfa Romeo 146,
2nd is Mercedes (!) Smart Car
3rd is a Fiat Bravo

 

Actually the Smart car is a Daimler-Chrysler product. Also, the police use them a lot in Italy (especially on Capri)....they have the madd twisties there, yo.

Sorry, the first one is an Alfa 147. Also avaiable in GTA version with a v6 3.2cc 250ps....

number 1. Alfa Romeo 147 - max power 250hp (in GTA verion) - Pretty but bad car, won't last you 50K miles

number 2. MCC Smart - max power ~60hp - Good for the city, a **** for the highway

number 3. Fiat Bravo - almost the same as the Alfa Romeo, won't last you ****
