Trying to Purchase 08 Si Sedan..help!
The issue at stake is that I went to buy a 08 si sedan and saw that I had really fuzzy credit. So bad that I couldn't even put a down payment. I was careless with my finances in my younger days. As with everything bad that's done in the pass it came back to bite me in the ***. So right now I'm paying off this small debt I owe. Collectively.
What happens to all the 08's that don't sel by the end of the year? I want to get an 08 while its new so I can fall under warranty for the 3rd gear issue I don't want one from a used dealer. I think the 09 is hideous. So basically I just wanna know is what happens to all the 08's that didn't get bought and have like no miles on them?

I doubt you will restore your credit in time to get a "brand new" '08. If you do, the good news is, that most, if not all of the '08s that will be sold new from now on, fall after the 3rd gear issue was fixed. I got my '08 in November 07, and already, my car was after the fix. If you HAVE to buy an 06-08 Si, and it happens to have miles on it, you will still be covered under warranty, granted the car's mileage doesn't exceed the warranty's. The warranty is there, even if you buy it from a used car dealership. The same goes for buying it from a private seller. Warranties are transferable nowadays, so if you happen to get a car that falls within the 3rd gear issue vin range (see here https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/2275287 if you haven't already) you can get it fixed. I hope I helped, and good luck.
