Wow, such a loss.
A young friend of mine applied for the RedBull Rookie's Cup for the next season. Hope things like this do not continue to happen. If any of you guys have seen the rookies in action, you know they put their all into it. Godspeed to the one we lost, safe wishes for those who continue.

Sounded like a brutal crash. He crashed and then tried to get out of the way of other riders and then getting hit by another rider. Wish the other kid a speedy and full recovery

Stronger maybe one thing, but fit is more important. It's hard enough shopping for a bicycle helmet for a child since they don't fully comprehend "fit". Also, the most dangerous SNELL helmets are the really small sizes, XXS, XS, etc because of the lack of proportional weight testing (until now IIRC).
