changing rod bearings .. assembly lube or motor oil?

i'm chaning my rod bearings on my d16y8, i'm going to spray everything off w/ brake clean then use some canned air to dry off the bearings and crankshaft. when i bolt everyhting bakc together should i use some assembly lube .. or will some motor oil do the trick?

aight i'll check it out .. its just called an engine additive? i'm guessin its like a slicker type or fluid than oil? i should just rub that all over the bearings and crank?
use assembly lube... oil will only work with the cam(you're even supposed to use assembly lube with those) But on Rod bearings USE ASSEMBLY LUBE and remember ONLY put the assembly lube on one side of the bearings (The Crank Side). not the girdle side(Memorys from my buddie dallas "Oh well thats why it spun")
