Was curious I have a 91 civic ex with the D16A6, I have looked and checked the rockers and lifters and its not a rod. It idles fine and all but at certain rpms there seems to be a knocking sound not that loud either, I was curious as to if any one had any input on this for what else I may check on. Thanks

 

have you checked your valve clearences?

 

No I have not, slipped my mind, I will check it out this Sat, I really dont know what else it could be since the lifters and rockers are fine and so is the rod, I see the valve clearance is the next step and pretty easy to do. I will check that any other ideas will help also.
