Default No power for the indash Stereo. ('98 2D accord)

My CD-receiver suddently stopped working. At first, I thought it was broken, I tried to change another CD-receiver but got no luck. Then I checked the stereo's plug and found there was no power. Is this because of the fuses, or the cable? Where should I look at to fix it? Please help.

Did you try looking to see if the fuse is bad.

If it's just the reciever and nothing else than it's most likely a bad fuse. Probably a bad ground. It happens.

Ok.. I checked 2 fuse box: one under the hood, one on the driver side. Both fuses seemed fine..I thinking about the ground wire. But I have no idea where to find it. Someone please help..i dont want to pay for the auto shop for this small matter.
