buddy club spec II owners

I just recently brought a BC spec II exhaust and the silencer doesn't give the exhaust a tight fit. When I put the silencer on and tighten the bolt it gives a slight rattle sound. Anyone else have this problem?

I had skunk2 catback on a prelude and the silencer also rattled, a friend had a teg and his exhaust rattled to with the silencer.

I didnt use the silencer, but im sure you could throw some extra screws/bolts in it to tighten the silencer up
