Default Painting soon, how much to cover an EF hatch?

So this is what i'm going with...

http://www.carpaintonline.com/...d=118
Rio Red Premium Acrylic Urethane single stage

My question is how much paint should i purchase. would 2 quarts be enough, or should i get more?

And if i read that correctly all i need other than the paint, is some acrylic urethane hardener? I read that the slower the hardener the longer the paint takes to dry, and the lesser the chance of orange peel also. so i think i'll go with a medium hardener. that sound about right?

Also i'm assuming since it doesnt say anything about reducer, that it is premixed in the paint. does that sound right?

hmmm now as i type this my dad is trying to convince me to do a 2 state basecoat/clearcoat paint job. using this http://www.carpaintonline.com/...Id=40 . and this http://www.carpaintonline.com/....html

How much better would this paint be in comparison to the single stage paint i intended on using. Also take into consideration this will be done in my garage, not a paint booth. Would it be worth spending the extra money for the bc/cc paintjob?

thanks. well ok then i reckon 2 quarts should probably do it then. On the site though it says i need PPG DCX 61 hardener, however i've searched everywhere and i can't find anyone selling the stuff. Do i have to purchase this exact hardener for this paint, or will any single stage paint acrylic urethane hardener do the trick. like maybe this for example?
