Background information:
-Engine just rebuilt with all new OEM parts.
-In order to get the engine to crank i have to put it in gear and rock it back forth and then get in the car and try to start it. It cranks but does not start.
-I have power inside the car.
-New battery
-Main relay is clicking
-Fuel pump engages
-Got spark(maybe a weak spark..)
-I tried push-starting it and it does not work.
-Checked relays by the passenger headlight
-Checked grounds
-Checked fuses
-The clutch switch was a problem but I fixed it. It would not crank before that.

Questions:
-Could it be the starter?
-Could the distributor be 180 degrees off?
-Could it be a bad distributor?
-Could it be the alternator?... I don't think it's this one.
-Anything else?
