so i picked up a white 97 theft recovery R

its stripped missing motor, front seats, front bumper, headlights, salvage title and could probably use a re spray

luckily the 5 lug is intact, carbon pieces, gauge cluster, 16in. rotas, some coilovers dont know brand, full interior (except for the front seats), 2000 tail lights, and 2000 rear bumper

my plans are 2000 front end stock interior (maybe some red recaros) stock itr cw wheels and built n/a type R motor and i wanna get into some autoX with this R.

 

Noooo!!!! Put a 97 front end on it. The sexiest of all Rs.

 

alright ill keep the 97 front end lol i got a 96 bumper with the oem sir-g fogs would that look good???

 

BTW anyone know how i can find the number to my R???

Send Doespike a message with the last 6 of your VIN, and as much info as you know. If he has info on it, he might already have the badge number. Some he can also figure it out, but I think thats 00-01s

the 97s are the rarest for a reason, best of luck with the R keep us posted with lots of pics
