Default aluminum vs. titanium

can anybody clear up for me the difference between these retainers. kms sells an aluminum retainer. they also sell a titanium retainer. wat is the good and bad of the aluminum. i've hear ti retainers wear faster, and are recomended for high cam profile. in my case. i wanna boost a gsr, with 9:1 cr pistons and stock gsr cams. maybe at 12psi. really i just wanna kno the dif between both retainers. how does weight, and strenght differ in both and wat else differs
