whats the difference between the GC sleeves for

i.e) koni,kyb,tokico

do the sleeves sit differently, diff rates, oddly shaped, diff shaped?

will all gc sleeves go on any shock regardless of what a website or catalog says they were for?

ie.) gc for kyb or tokico fit on koni?

GC has a specific koni kit. Anything else will void the Koni warranty.

The standard GC's fit everything else (tokico, kyb, bilstein, stock, etc).
