JDM GSR ECU reverse plolarity IAB question????
Hello all,
Here is the story, my car was stolen and stripped so that was a good excuse to start a new project haha.
Car: 92 CX civic hatch
Motor: 96 GSR
ECU: OBD 1 JDM P72
I know that I need to wire the following:
D3 knock sensor
A17 IAB (pink/blue wire)
A20 Purge (yel/blk)
Now I understand that the JDM GSR ECU uses reverse polarity to operate the secondaries. Does this mean I switch A17 and A20 ecu pins? Or does this mean I keep A17 in its current pin postion and tap a Ground for A20?
I know this is a simple problem but the way people state the answer in some of the archived threads is a bit vauge.
Thanks for the help!!!!

A20 is ur Evap Purge Sol. parts of ur emissions equipment and A17 is for ur IAB(secondaries)...IAB is a 2 sensor plug.. 1 wire goes to A17 and the other goes to ground...since ur ecu is JDM it wont look for a Evap purge sol so it wont throw a code for it
