Alright well my car has an electrical gremlin...damn bastard is hiding.
Anyways..everything in my car was fine until recently my blinkers,clock,tach, and temp guage dont work along with my reverse lights. The thing is i check the fuse for the clock radio etc and its not popped...But when i take it off and plug it in i see a small spark so i know there a short there... My emergency lights work, my headlights turn on and my instrument cluster and climate control all work and lightup..I went through all the wires other than the clock and i cant find a thing. I have an after market radio and it works.....

 

check the grounds on the engine, i know it sounds funny but do it anyway

 

did you try and replace it with a new fuse? just cuz it looks fine doesn't mean it necessarily is good.. i had the same problem.. blinkers, tach, clock.

there's a ground under the steering column, connected to a 10mm bolt. maybe you fried that ground wire? (another problem i had in my crx) i ended up just replacing the whole dash harness to save me a headache in the future..

 

check the ground(s) on the valve coverand check the ground on the fuse panel like the other guy said

 

drink a beer, smoke a blunt, take your interior apart and have fun finding that bastard!... if all else fails that is. gl dude.
