IMO n1concepts is a pretty legit company/ store.. yes they sometimes have shipment delay / issues but most of the time their estimates are correct... my suggestion is be patient with it since pretty much any J's Racing Products are rare
and most of all special order.. and especially a companly over seas. most likely perfer shipping bulk items / orders to reduce price of shipping over seas... thats just my opinion..

I think N1 will come through, but I think a phone call can make a world of difference!

thats probably another thing i kinda dont like.... n1 uses dhl which is a shitty shipping company, they leave packages in front of your house if ur not home, i once saw them doing a pick up and they just threw the package in the trunk with out careing... DHL=

I apologize if your item hasn't been processed/received to your satisfaction. We are trying our best to bring J's Racing parts over. It's not as easy as most people would think to place orders for highly demanded items from a world renowned brand such as J's. They have their own trouble keeping certain items in stock. Our Distributor relationship w/ J's is still new and we are working out the kinks to have stuff in stock instead of special order w/ the long 6-8wk wait times (unless you're willing to pay for the expensive air cargo charges). We would be glad to issue you a full refund if you no longer want to wait for your item.

We are going to spend more of our efforts and resources to bring J's Racing and other top JDM Brand products for our supportive and loyal customers here in North America. Be on the lookout for our new N1/J's Racing S2000 soon!

I have bought full swaps and suspension off them, never had a problem. I believe a call would be well worth the time spent.

i agree... n1 has it ups and downs.. but now im starting to loose a few respect for their service....

i been letting this go for the past 5-6 months, until today..

i purchased a swap from them 6 months ago, a sales rep told me what was included and that it was running excellent.. on the day of the purchase / pick up, they told me that some parts are not included and not available..(false info) once i got the swap in the car, the motor has shot piston rings making it burn oil, i asked them about it and all they said was thats y it was sold at that price (which they said it was on sale)..
i didnt hold a grudge for the $1600 spent on the messed up motor + another $2000 spent (not to n1) on a replacement motor to get me car running fine again

i let that go until today when they reminded me how they treat customers, i was over ther trying to pick up some rims, a sales rep told me a specific price which i thought was too good to pass up.. as i was going through the check out process, they took back the rims, saying the price is now double what they told me cuz of the tires or what not and i also over heard that one of the employees wanted the rims also, the rep stepped out for a minute and then told me that they its already been sold and they were only holding it till it was picked up... which i know was bs... i just walk out unsatisified once again..

after today.. im starting to loose some respect for n1concept... i understand they are running a business and some stuff are unpredictable, but isnt it always customers first.. idk

a friend of mine tried to buy some rear panels from n1 not too long ago. he called first and they said they had some in stock so we drove out there from sacramento. we walk in the store and they all look up but no one helps us. so i ask for assistance and said we called earlier about some integra rear panels. one of the workers goes to the back and checks. he comes back and says they only have one side and just walks away.

n1 has good prices but terrible customer service.

in regards to japanese products, some products are made to order and some take time
to receive.
Japan is tight for space, so they can't really carry too many items in stock at once.
Just look at the spoon shop in japan, you see cars just inches away and hanging
close to the ceilings. When I went to japan, i thought i could walk into any place and
buy what i wanted, but it didn't happen. As i went there to order my Rando sports
kit, they didn't have it instock and would take 2-3 months to make. I was pretty
desperate and was willing to even take the kit off their demo car. In the end it ended
up taking 3 months to get, and that was even being air shipped.

Sometimes to be a JDM'er, you just gotta sit tight, unless you're rich then you can
just air ship.

i agree about the bad customer service.. i went there 3 times so far.. and all three times, the three people working were argueing on which one would help me. great prices and great for having things in stock, but from this thread and my experience.. it seems that they should improve their customer service.

Same thing happened to me. I drove from Sac to the bay (1.5 hr drive) to pick up some stuff they said they had in stock for sure and i could come get it. Came by and they didnt have what i needed and the guy working there had no idea what i was talking about. Oh and i got two different prices from two different people...

Great Parts
Great prices
Bad Communication
Bad customer service

When I ordered a half car from them it did take a couple months to get here, but that's because customs was holding their containers.

Relax, your part will get there. These guys won't rip you off.
