Default h22 swap wiring/sensors/vacuum hoses

i just picked up a 1994 prelude with a jdm h22 with only 42k on the motor.. but the guy who swapped it has all sorts of crap messed up with the intake/tb.. there seems to be vacuum hoses missing going to the intake and from the head. and there is a sensor on firewall side of the t/b that is missing.. i think its the tps sensor but not sure.. can someone help me out and gimme and idea of what im workin with here and what i should be looking into to get this problem resolved.. thanks

That missing sensor is the TPS.

If it's as bad as you say...you should be getting all sorts of fun CEL codes. Take some clear/detailed pics of the questionable areas in the engine bay and post ALL the CEL codes you're getting so we can offer you better advice.
