looks sick as always ernie but maybe its the lighting but to me it seems like there are a couple spots i can see the bead started to undercut in images 3 and 4. but other than that you are getting close to being a machine. keep up the great work

looks like itl need custom AC lines though-
Hell its hard enough fitting a drag manifold in a b swapped car with AC

haha
I only used the machine to pulse 3 welds on the dp and the two welds on the dt. Settings were as follows
160 amps
10% background amperage
1.4PPS
:-P I told Guilliome
I backpurged the whole manifold. I'm going to start turning up my BA so that I can get a better bead on the inside of the 16 gauge stainless

haha sorry guys, but this manifold has a home. I've been patiently waiting for this for a long time, and I can't wait to install it.
I have no problem making custom AC lines, but my only concern is the space needed for the power steering pump. Making a custom upper bracket won't pose a problem. I'll just CNC a new one, and I'll probably make one to hold the T1 Cam trigger while I am at it.
Also the manifold is not finished yet, wait till you see it with the recirculted dumptube
It's going to be a very clean setup, he promised me something unquie which is exactly what I wanted for my crazy car. I actually wanted a top mount that would be AC/PS compatable, but I didn't think it would be possible or atleast I didn't think Eric would be up for it. So I told him a ramhorn would be just fine, instead he told me he wanted to do a top mount, and he believed he could make it both AC/PS compatable. I wanted something that would show off the turbo, as well as have something unique on my car, and he came through. He read my mind. Just like the manifolds I have had in the past, this will have a ceramic coating as well, done by Performance Coatings in Aubrn, WA. They do some good work. I was hoping I didn't have to modify anything other than the custom AC lines, but that's ok. If I have room for the power steering pump and just need to make a custom upper bracket, I can live with that.
Now how about that oil dipstick, and oil drain lol? Any ideas on that pal.

I need my manifold coated soon, how expensive is that place in auburn and am assuming you like there work? The local place we have is kinda expensive and DONT do black in any colors than flat. Kinda wanted it shiny
I think you'll be better off going with an EPS conversion... make it much cleaner and keep the compressor side open for a good intake.

Yah Kyle, they do awesome work, and they stand behind there work 100 percent. Just go over there with a copy of your business license, and ask them to do a manifold for you. They'll hook you up with a price list, and they'll do the manifold for you at a discounted rate. Last time I had a manifold coated by them it took a week and a half since I dropped it off during the beginning or race season. I use to use a company down here in Portland named Finishline Coatings, but I heard they had a fire or something. I have not tried to contact them since then. Finishline does awesome work too, if they are still open.

That would be a good idea as well. Either way, I'm goin to have to weld a custom intake pipe onto the compressor housing, or something along those lines. I might end up going with a EPS since they are pretty damn easy to do. I'd like to save myself some money if I can use my factory pump which I had planned. If not, that's a good idea, and I just might do that. Before I left for the Philippines I saw your shop, right off I-5, your right next to the machine shop that I use which was Lou's Machine shop before it changed ownership. I'll have to stop by and check it out, rumor has it, a old friend of mine owns that shop, but that could just be a rumor.
