Yes it is, but i have no need for the pic anymore. Mine just arrived, and looks good to me.

They just clip to the top and pull down to slide over the bottom.

Weksos sell's both Broadway, and Razo mirrors Broadway being the more expensive model. I found my Razo mirror on ebay, it was a little cheaper that way.

To me it's not tacky, I really like the look it gives for the interior. Plus the difference in range of view compared to the stock mirror is crazy.

Installation is as easy as this:
