help on itr badge #
Hey everyone I bought a 01 py itr and it dosen't come with the badge # on the armrest. I was wondering if there is anyway to find out what my # is and if I can get another badge with the # and how to get it. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
You can probably find out somewhere around what the original number was, but unless you know the original owner, there's no way to know exactly what it was.

You can't get another with the number engraved. Acura does sell blank ones though that you could put in its place.

Also any known history about heR that you know such as how many owners, mileage when new owners registered, what states she's been registered, anything unique about the caR such as JDM front, interior/exterior/motor mods, even stickers on the windows, etc. I'll try my best

Not exactly. It's all about patterns, a process of elimination, and some luck. Finding the original owner is definitely worth doing....but sometimes their memory can be a little fuzzy.

I found the owner before the guy I bought my R from by searching the F/S threads on here for vehicles that matched my car's description in the right area. Somehow I was able to find him and his number still worked.
Too bad after all that, I PM'd Joe and he already had info on my car, so I didn't need to do all that to find my badge number.

Joe, did you narrow down my number any more to one?

I thought your PY had a badge #. Anyways, call up Don and see if he knows the number.
Doespike, you probably won't have any info on this Hawaiian R.

find out where in the mainland if you can, find out if it's a salvage.
I sold a PY 01 salvaged back in 2001 to a guy I knew locally, turned out several years later that it had several other owners after him and ended up in Socal somewhere.
