There are Civic wheels that look <u>exactly</u> like the ITR wheel. You don't notice something's wrong until you go to put the wheel on and notice the splines are different.

Is it safe to rotate the USDM cable reel to match the 2 key pin hole inorder for it to align with the momo hub because USDM cable reel have an ARROW on the reel pointing at 12'o clock position which claiming it should not be set in any other positions.
I am just afraid of breaking the reel on Lock to Lock turning on either directions.

You do not need any modifications provided the JDM airbag wheel actually came off of an Integra.
