Need engine management for a B20B turbo (non vtec)

Need engine management for a B20B turbo (non vtec)
I was an old Zdyne user, but it was stolen. Want to upgrade to something with more of a following. I was thinking the s300.
From what I gathered, I will need an ECU (Which model?), OBD1 Distributor (Which Model?), s300 or Neptune and the OBD1 to pre-obd harness. Am i missing anything? Any advice? Its been a while!

If you want hondata you will need to go to obd1, you could run a pr4 with no problems, are you planning on adding vtec later on?
