The B20A5 motor and tranny will not bolt up to anything outside of the B20a5 -B21a1 family.
Any other motor will need a tramendous amount of machining to make some workable, and even then this will not just plug and play. Many other things need to be tended too to make it work.
If you are in need of an engine, take a look at http://www.preludepower.com in the 3rd gen section and the for sale section as well.
Or look for reputable engine dealers such as http://www.hmotorsonline.com or http://www.tigerjapapese.com.
