HELP!how much to pay for a civic?!

This is what i'm interested in buying: Honda Civic, LX/2door, manual, 2008. as simple as that !
i'm in phoenix, az.

what can i push when it comes to the out the door price??
is 18k possible ??

please answer from experience, i am looking to buy asap!

I was quoted $16.7k without tax a while ago for an LX automatic. Yes it's very possible considering it's end of the year clearance sale to get it for $18k out the door.
