okay well i was drvin down the road then while i was in gear the whole engine just shuts off on me. i look around no leak or anythin. so i check the spark plugs and everythinh makin sure everything was ok. then i opened the dizzy and saw that the cap and rotor was all messes up crumble into little pieces. i just wanted to kno wat can cause the dizzy to break.

 

sounds like the screw came off the rotor thats what happen to my car.

 

im was thinkin the same too cuh when i opened it there was no screw.before that happend every i start up my car u can hear somethin in the dizzy tickin hella loud. haha but yeah i replaced it bought a used dizzy for 250!
