i go to start my car and it starts up fine but i notice that the dash lights arent on. the entire dash is not lit up, even the clock. then i go to open the windows..nothing. headlights and brake lights work but my blinkers dont. thought it was a blown fuse..nope. checked the ones under the dash and under the hood, all good. any thoughts??? i need my windows to open especially since i dont have ac!!! HELP!!! thanks
