Default Exhaust/Header Question

I'm looking to install a header and exhaust on my '07 Si here soon. There's a guy in my area selling a Skunk2 70mm exhaust that's basically new. His car got totalled. No damage to the exhaust. He wants $350 and I can pick it up. If I'm looking to have the ECU reflashed and make an extra 25 WHP with a header as well, is this a good exhaust for gains. I was going to buy an N1 since I run that on my H22 EG, but figured I could even low ball him for $300 if its a good exhaust. I searched but now much love for the SK2 exhausts.

the reflash isnt gonna give u any extra power

SK2 70mm will give u some of the best results, if u use it with a header, but its gonna be loud as hell/annoying

So what are those DYNO charts on hondata.com for. They claim 25 WHP with I/H/E and K-PRO reflash.

they also claim that the cars were dyno'ing 195 stock. I/H/E will give u the power gains. That reflash just lets u hit that power sooner and keeps it there longer.

the reflash gives you more torque by hitting vtec sooner. it doesnt add any peak HP.

I see. So is it worth the extra $1200 for the exhaust, header, and reflash?
