Default loosing coolant??

hey all, what is the problem with this engine I am having? I have to fill up my coolant reservoir once every week and a half. My car got overheat twice, but once the needle reach hot, I shut off the engine right away. It overheat because my upperhose cracked and leaked out coolant. My guess is the head gasket is damaged, but my oil color is normal, or at least not that coffe cream color like coolant in oil. Anything else I should get check and should i be worry?

It a 95 h22a in a 95 accord.

ummm....sounds like your upper radiator hose is cracked and leaking coolant. might want to replace that.

ROFL HAHAHAHAH.

no shiet eh??

So aside from the obvious, I would go checking your OIL. Drain your oil and look for coolant in the oil. Or is that how you checked to see if coolant has made it into your block?

You would have to do a leak down test I'm assuming.

Go get a leakdown test done and leave the guessing game at home with the lego's

Dont overfill your resivoir either. Its only got to be half to three quarters full. It needs room for expansion/ overflow.

Chase down and fix ALL of your coolant leaks and then bleed your system until there is NO air left. If it still overheats and looses coolant after that you have an internal leak, like a bad head gasket or a cracked head or block.

sorry for late reply, been out for a week. I did bleed my coolant, replaced all hose. It not overheat since then, but the coolant is draining slowly. I havent done the leakdown test yet since I dont know how and low on money. As far as looking for oil in coolant, I just see black color if i drain it, or I see kinda dark brown color if I wipe it on a white cloth. And I just put roughly 1500 miles the past week and the temp gauge seem normal as before. I guess I'll have to do the leak down test thing then =\
