Default Need help very strange problem.

Okay well I put a built motor in my car ran it on a tune from my stock motor on 10lbs and it was pulling 20'' of vacuum. Well I put my stock injectors and ecu in to pass emissions and it was pulling 20'' of vacuum. Now when I put the 750s in and 2.5 bar and got a tune I can only pull 16'' of vacuum. but here is the big problem. If i start the car to let it warm up by idling it will get to normal operating temp. if i go drive it and go to hit boost which is supposed to be 20lbs it will hit 5k and then it feels like the spark is blowing out. But if i drive for a very long time and get the engine toasty it will boost just fine. but when it boost fine my vacuum is at 19'' and runs like complete **** if your not driving. WTF is wrong with my car? It seems to have 2 minds of its own. At times it will idle like it should but everyonce and a while it will idle like complete **** and kill itself if i dont give it some gas. Also when driving for a long time it seems like it will surge for a quick second and then that will lead to extreme surge issues then i have to push the clutch in to stop from jerking and it will die. Ive checked vacuum lines, temp sensors, changed the coil, and plugs, tested spark cables and everything is fine, adjusted valves twice

What are the plugs gapped at ?

I'd also look for a tuner in your area.
